Set a reminder in your calendars! With Gas Bars in Austin, Carman, MacGregor, Oakville and Portage, it’s easy to FUEL GOOD!!

On Tuesday, September 16, 2025, 5¢ per litre of fuel will be shared between two local Fuel Good Day recipients. Our 2025 recipients are Carman Wellness Connections and Portage Day Care Centre.

Carman Wellness Connections

Carman Wellness Connections (CWC) is a non-profit organization working to address poverty and promote wellness in Carman, MB and surrounding area. Proceeds from the Fuel Good Day will be dedicated to CWC establishing The Connection Lounge in Carman's Memorial Hall - a central, dedicated, safe, and welcoming community space that serves as an accessible environment for individuals and families to receive support and resources.

Portage Daycare

The Mission of Portage Daycare is to provide quality care to children age 12 weeks to 12 years in an environment conducive to play and learning experiences in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba. They have outdoor playgrounds at each of their four sites, and all are in need of an upgrade. Proceeds from Fuel Good Day would help them to upgrade some outdoor equipment and surfaces so that the children have safe places to play. 

Fueling good in your community since 2017!

Fuel Good Day on Sept. 17, 2024 was a huge success thanks to Co-op members and customers across Western Canada. With your help, we raised over $700,000, which is the largest amount to date!

Since launching in 2017, Fuel Good Day has raised over $3 million for more than 700 local organizations across Western Canada. From food banks to youth programs, these funds have helped make a real difference in the communities we all call home.

Every year on Fuel Good Day, Co-op donates a minimum of five cents per litre of fuel purchased at participating gas bars to local charities and non-profits.

By supporting this worthwhile campaign, you continue to fuel 'good' in your local community!

In previous years, funds raised on Fuel Good Day have supported community organizations that provide comfort for children and their families during very difficult times, foundations that work to upgrade medical equipment to improve their patients’ lives and groups that make it easier for kids to play the sports they love, among many others.
